Where to Buy Mass Effect 2 Collectors Edition

If you're looking to buy the Mass Effect 2 Collectors Edition, here's some info on what you'll get with your purchase.

You'll first receive the regular Mass Effect 2 software. In addition, you'll get an art book with some of the game's fantastic graphics for your eyes to feast upon. If you really like the series and want to show off the art and characters to your friends, the art book is a great collector's item.

You'll also receive the Mass Effect Redemption comic book which is exclusive to the Mass Effect 2 collectors edition. This comic has important backstory and character info you won't find anywhere else.

You get a behind-the-scenes making of Mass Effect 2 DVD that allows you to witness cool stuff about the making of the game, such as staff and voice actor interviews. Wondering about Miranda's real persona? With this DVD, you'll get to find that out, and much much more.

When you're looking to buy Mass Effect 2 Collectors edition, you'll also receive a Cerberus Network card that gives you access to exclusive bonus content such as new weapons, new DLC like Lair of the Shadow Broker (necessary to continue Liara's story), and other content.

You'll also get bonus access to Zaeed and certain characters/storylines you won't receive with the regular game purchase.

Ultimately, the mass effect 2 collectors edition contains a ton of great stuff you won't get from the regular game purchase. It's cheaper now than ever, and if you're thinking about getting the game to complete your collection before Mass Effect 3 comes out, now's the time to buy Mass effect 2 collectors edition.

If you've played the first Mass Effect, you get to continue your story as Commander Shepard, or make a new game if you wish. Mass Effect 2's graphics are much better than the original game's, and the voice acting is richer and more deeply written.

Your moral choices throughout the game will affect how characters react to you and have a big impact on the conclusion of the story - as well as what happens in the 3rd game if you import a character. You'll be able to continue any outstanding character romances (and seek new romances with new characters), or simply explore the galaxy to your heart's content.

The classes and class gameplay is much improved as well; the vanguard lets you charge enemies and hit them in the face, while following up with a few blasts from your shotgun or machine gun. The soldier class gives you access to every weapon in the game and a cool ability called Adrenaline Rush, slowing down your enemies.

There's also a sniper class in the game, the Infiltrator, which lets you pick off enemies from a distance and follow up with biotics if you choose.
